Job Summary: Coordinate and control the inventory of equipment and materials, ensuring availability, traceability, organization, and integrity to support teams. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative Support for Stock Processes \* Coordinate and control the inventory of equipment and materials, ensuring availability, traceability, organization, and integrity, providing efficient support to technical and operational teams. Main Responsibilities: \* Equipment and Materials Management \* Monitor incoming, outgoing, and storage of equipment and materials. \* Verify fiscal notes for entries and exits and register movements in the system (ERP). \* Plan and conduct periodic physical and systemic inventories. \* Pick, dispatch, and control returns of materials and equipment. \* Identify defective equipment, losses, damages, and technological obsolescence. \* Manage equipment under warranty or exchange. \* Support administrative processes related to stock. \* Establish stock organization standards. \* Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and good handling practices, as well as access control for high-value materials. \* Perform weekly vehicle inspections via the system and verify whether maintenance is required. \* And other duties inherent to the role. Requirements \* Completed high school education; technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is desirable. Knowledge of ERP systems, inventories, asset control, and traceability. \* Experience in stock control or warehouse operations; experience with electronic equipment is preferred. \* Basic computer skills and knowledge of 5S. \* Driver's license category A or B.
