Support for fleet management and operational improvements **Responsibilities** Act as the operational focal point for the dedicated fleet, ensuring daily activity monitoring, vehicle and driver availability, compliance with operational procedures, and efficient communication among the company, the customer, and field teams. Contribute to operational continuity through process control, information recording, and support for fleet management. **Main Activities** * Monitor the dedicated fleet’s daily operations, ensuring vehicle and driver availability according to the established schedule. * Monitor compliance with fleet operational procedures, guiding the team on routines and standards defined by the company. * Act as the operational interface between the company and the customer, providing support for fleet-related requests. * Receive, record, and track operational incidents, ensuring appropriate routing for resolution. * Report fleet management on operational status, identified deviations, operational risks, and support requirements. * Participate in operational meetings with the customer, contributing to activity alignment and process improvement. * Support the delivery of operational briefings, reinforcing guidance on routes, procedures, safety, and operational targets. * Contribute to compliance with safety regulations, encouraging proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniforms. * Control vehicle departure and return checklists, ensuring correct completion and archiving of information. * Record operational incidents, non-conformities, and other relevant information for management tracking. * Keep operational indicators and base monitoring dashboards up to date. * Notify the maintenance department of any irregularities identified in vehicles, tracking the handling of related requests. * Monitor fueling processes where applicable, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of vehicles, equipment, and facilities under your responsibility. * Support management in implementing operational improvements, contributing to increased efficiency and service quality. **Qualifications \- Education and Professional Experience** **Education:** * Completed high school. **Professional Experience:** * Experience in transportation, logistics, distribution, or fleet management operations. * Experience in customer service and relationship management within dedicated operations. * Experience with operational controls, team monitoring, and administrative fleet routines. **Requirements, Technical Qualifications, and Key Competencies \- Differentiators** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Knowledge of documentation applicable to transportation operations. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Proficiency in using computerized operational control systems. * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), Category B. **Differentiators:** * Prior experience as an Operational Focal Point, Operations Leader, Fleet Supervisor, or similar roles. * Experience in Last Mile operations, urban distribution, or dedicated transportation. * Knowledge of vehicle tracking, monitoring, and routing systems. * Currently pursuing technical or undergraduate studies in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH), Category D or E.
