Learn more at: https://www.rosewoodhotels.com/pt/sao\-paulo **What We’re Looking For:** We are seeking a professional to assume the position of Room Attendant at our luxury hotel, renowned for delivering an extraordinary experience to our guests and clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Clean and organize guest rooms according to hotel standards, including bathrooms, furniture, linens, and external areas. * Restock amenities, hygiene products, and supplies in designated locations. * Inspect furniture, linens, equipment, and report damages or maintenance needs. * Ensure security and confidentiality of guest rooms and belongings. * Update room status and maintain a fully stocked cleaning cart. * Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and efficiently, following established procedures. * Deliver lost and found items to the supervisor. * Adhere to hygiene, safety, and personal presentation standards. * Operate cleaning equipment and follow safe handling procedures for chemical products. * Work collaboratively, maintaining effective communication with colleagues and supervisors. **Key Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting. * Attention to detail, agility, and organizational skills. * Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks. * Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical product handling. * Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality regarding guest information. * Clear communication skills in Portuguese; additional languages are a plus. * Physical fitness to lift weights, perform repetitive motions, and stand for extended periods.
