He must possess communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills to perform his duties efficiently. * Control access of people and vehicles, identifying and authorizing entry according to established regulations. * Monitor security cameras to ensure site protection. * Receive and guide visitors and drivers, providing necessary information and directing them to appropriate departments. * Safeguard property security by preventing theft, damage, and other risk situations. * Record incidents and notify relevant authorities when necessary. * Maintain organization at the entrance and workplace, ensuring a clean and safe environment. * Answer telephone calls and manage key control. * Collaborate with the security team and other company departments, maintaining effective communication. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs related to security and access control. * Identify invoices for collection * Register drivers and visitors in the system * Control entry and exit of tools and equipment from the maintenance warehouse
