Learn more at: https://www.rosewoodhotels.com/pt/sao\-paulo **What We’re Looking For:** We are seeking a professional to assume the position of Floor Stocker at our luxurious hotel, renowned for delivering an extraordinary experience to our guests and clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Clean and load carts with linens for distribution to suites and pantries, ensuring adherence to hotel standards. * Distribute cleaning equipment and amenities to housekeepers and pantries. * Maintain appropriate stock levels of chemicals and supplies in designated areas. * Place and remove dehumidifiers/ozone machines in vacant suites per supervisor’s instructions. * Provide drinking water for dispensers in pantries. * Clean carts and soiled linen containers. * Maintain effective communication with housekeepers and supervisors. * Participate in training sessions, meetings (Morning Briefing), and departmental activities. * Assist in setting up extra beds, cribs, and managing special amenities (e.g., children’s, pet-related). * Ensure reserved rooms are ready prior to guest arrival. * Execute last-minute changes to ensure excellence in service delivery. **Key Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in a luxury hotel or resort, preferably in housekeeping. * Attention to detail, agility, and organizational skills. * Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks. * Familiarity with operating cleaning equipment, ozone machines, and chemical products. * Clear communication skills in Portuguese; additional languages are a plus. * Physical fitness to lift weights, perform repetitive motions, and stand for extended periods. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain confidentiality regarding guest information.
