




We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and highly engaged professional to serve as Executive Superintendent. The role requires strong leadership ability, systemic vision, and the capacity to lead high-performing teams, ensuring achievement of strategic objectives and sustainable organizational growth. The professional will be responsible for supporting senior management, making strategic decisions, and ensuring efficient execution of institutional guidelines, always aligned with company policies and culture. Key Responsibilities Lead, develop, and manage teams, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and goal attainment; Plan, implement, and monitor strategies aimed at increasing operational efficiency and productivity; Make strategic and managerial decisions based on data analysis, key performance indicators, and relevant information; Manage strategic projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and approved scope; Develop, strengthen, and maintain institutional relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders; Ensure compliance with internal policies, organizational procedures, Articles of Incorporation, Internal Regulations, and applicable Club regulations. Skills and Competencies Leadership and management of multidisciplinary teams, focused on performance and results; Strategic and operational planning, with a systemic business perspective; Project and process management, ensuring efficiency and standardization; Analytical capability to resolve complex problems and make sound decisions; Budgetary and financial management, including cost control and resource optimization; Clear and assertive communication, with negotiation and conflict mediation skills; Ability to work under pressure while maintaining focus, composure, and decisiveness in critical situations; Knowledge and proficiency in technologies and tools related to the role. Desirable Technical Knowledge Legislation and regulations applicable to the sector of operation; Risk management, compliance, and corporate governance; Information Technology and Management Systems; Knowledge of the real estate market and its trends; Experience in Shopping Center Management; Familiarity with concepts, trends, and regulatory frameworks governing Leisure Clubs; Proficiency in the Sports Incentive Law; Knowledge of the Rouanet Law, with emphasis on resource fundraising, sponsorships, and financing of cultural events. **Requirements:** **Academic Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Architecture, Engineering, Law, or Information Technology; Postgraduate studies, MBA, or Master’s degree will be considered a significant advantage in the selection process, although not mandatory, and may serve as a tiebreaker or final evaluation criterion.
