This person will play a key role in the **execution and maintenance of process indicators**, directly contributing to decision-making and continuous improvement of our operations. **Responsibilities and duties** Development, validation, and maintenance of dashboards for senior leadership monitoring; Review, assessment, validation, and tracking of shared services center indicators; Handle databases and develop scripts for data analysis; Monitor indicator performance, ensuring alignment with business needs, supporting decision-making and identifying improvement opportunities; Engage with internal clients, understanding their demands and satisfaction levels to propose improvements; Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, supporting decision-making and opportunities for process and results transformation; Collaborate with the Technology team on data governance and infrastructure; Support the development of data-related projects, such as data manipulation and automation of data and processes. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed or ongoing degree in Computer Science or related fields; Power BI; Advanced Excel; Power Query; API usage; Intermediate English; Knowledge in process mapping and automation will be considered a differentiator; Willingness to relocate to Itanhandu/MG or nearby regions. **Additional information** Competitive market salary.
