PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Mobilization Agent **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). Valid National Driver's License, Category "D". **PROOF:** Copy of valid driver's license. Completion of specialized training course for drivers of collective and passenger transport vehicles (within its validity period). **PROOF:** Diploma/Certificate and/or DETRAN's BCA page. **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in customer service and/or training. **PROOF:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the Digital Work Card, containing identification details and employer registration, including start and end dates where applicable, supplemented by item "b" if the job title alone is insufficient to prove the experience; b) Or employer's declaration, containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and type of service rendered, as well as a description of duties performed; c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item "b" if the job title alone is insufficient to prove the experience.
