We are seeking a professional to support unit management, ensuring the execution of contracted food services, with attention to quality, safety, and achievement of operational targets. Main Responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Unit Manager to develop action plans, formulate strategies, and create and innovate initiatives that optimize unit results; * Monitor all qualitative and quantitative unit and/or process results under your responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction and improve unit profitability; * Support the Unit Manager in the technical and behavioral training of team members, overseeing the onboarding process, providing accurate daily task guidance, establishing clear two-way communication, and promoting all aspects of health and safety; * Analyze inventory levels and prepare purchase orders for unit supplies; * Support daily cost analysis, data entry, and generation and analysis of managerial/financial reports for your unit; * Work in a large-scale corporate segment operation with an average daily volume of 1\.500 meals Main Requirements: * Academic qualification: completed undergraduate degree in Nutrition, with active CRN registration; * Prior experience in Food and Nutrition Units (UAN); * Personal vehicle (desirable).
