Job Description: **Job Mission** Coordinates, plans, and monitors production processes; leads operations; analyzes and evaluates manufacturing plans; defines control metrics; conducts training to ensure technical standardization of operations, quality, cost, on-time delivery, and Zero Loss Culture. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and implement DMAIC, SMED, SCRUM, Kaizens, HMM, and waste reduction projects; * Actively participate in team meetings, BSC, production alignment meetings, HMM, DMAIC, WMS, DDS, and CAT, and execute actions created jointly with support areas; * Lead anomaly card meetings; * Integrate and disseminate the Learning & Development (L&D) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM) pillar systems; * Conduct safety walkthroughs; * Manage the direct team and coordinate the team’s continuous development (operational and leadership); * Plan production and ensure volume delivery meeting Safety, Quality, and Food Safety requirements. * Analyze, monitor, and lead loss reduction actions in processes, focusing on Zero Loss Culture. * Ensure proper management of production materials (consumption and inventory). * Ensure proper management of finished products in the manufacturing area (declaration, reversal, transfers to warehouse). * Monitor and respond to audits within areas of responsibility. * Maintain organization and order in areas under responsibility. * Use personal protective equipment correctly. * Act as a multiplier and align with General Mills’ Engaging Leader behaviors. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Management Technology, related Engineering fields, or equivalent. * Knowledge of supply chain. * Strong proficiency in safety, quality, and continuous improvement tools. * Experience in food and pharmaceutical sectors. * Experience in people management. * SAP knowledge. * Advanced Excel skills.
