About the position We are seeking a passionate Used Vehicle Salesperson with a consultative approach and a strong focus on results. The professional will be responsible for managing the entire sales process—from the initial customer contact through to closing the deal—always delivering the best possible customer experience. Responsibilities \- Greet and assist customers interested in used vehicles, identifying each customer’s profile and needs \- Present and demonstrate available inventory vehicles, highlighting their unique features and conditions \- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and financing options with customers \- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets \- Accompany customers throughout the entire process—from vehicle selection to delivery \- Maintain post\-sale relationships to foster customer loyalty and referrals \- Keep customer records and negotiation details updated in the internal system \- Ensure vehicles displayed on the lot are well presented Requirements \- Completed high school education (mandatory) \- Driver's license category B (mandatory) \- Strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and negotiation expertise \- Proactive, dynamic profile with goal orientation \- Ease in building and maintaining customer relationships Advantages (not mandatory): \- Prior experience in vehicle sales \- Knowledge of automotive financing Compensation R$ 3\.000,00 guaranteed \+ performance\-based commission The variable compensation is unlimited—the more you sell, the more you earn.
