This position involves direct public interaction in a restaurant setting, requiring agility, organization, and attention to service quality. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct customer service, ensuring a courteous, prompt, and high-quality experience; Greet customers attentively and helpfully; Present the menu and clarify questions regarding dishes, beverages, and available options; Recommend dishes and beverages based on customer preferences and needs; Enter orders into the system; Support service efficiency and environmental organization; Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent, high-quality service aligned with the establishment’s standards. Requirements: Completed high school education; Prior experience in restaurant service, as a waiter or attendant; Strong communication skills and ease in interacting with the public; Availability to work during the stated hours; Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
