Job Description: **Job Mission** Ensure accuracy and precision of notifications to suppliers. Ensure assertive communication with support departments. Ensure KPI compliance. Support operations through instructions and training. Ensure alignment between procedures and activities. **Key Responsibilities** * Issue clear notifications regarding raw materials and packaging to suppliers. * Serve as the liaison between technical and support departments. * Conduct and report monthly inventories of retained raw materials and packaging. * Manage retained raw materials and packaging and assign corrective actions. * Develop and review procedures. * Deliver general training sessions. * Administer the retention tracking spreadsheet as well as KPIs. * Support internal and external audits. * Participate in WMS routines, presenting necessary indicators and communications. * Address and uphold Quality and Food Safety requirements. * Support and promote safe behavior initiatives. * Champion General Mills' cultural archetypes. * Understand and apply company values. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields. * Prior experience in this role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI). * Proficiency in SAP system. * Basic English proficiency. * Critical analysis skills for data and information accuracy. * Knowledge of quality and food safety requirements.
