Job Summary: The Recruitment and Selection Analyst I conducts role profiling, posts job openings, performs resume screening and interviews, administers assessments, prepares technical evaluations, and proposes process improvements. Maintain transparent communication with candidates and managers. **Seres Group: Seres is seeking a Recruitment and Selection Analyst I \- Temporary position (with strong potential for permanent hiring) to join our team!** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct role profiling and alignment with managers and clients to ensure clear understanding of position requirements; * Post job opportunities on recruitment platforms, social media, and other strategic channels; * Screen resumes and conduct competency-based interviews, evaluating both technical and behavioral fit; * Conduct individual and group interviews, leading the entire recruitment process from start to finish; * Administer assessments and prepare structured technical evaluations of candidates; * Develop recruitment process indicators and metrics to support continuous improvement of outcomes; * Maintain clear, transparent, and efficient communication with candidates, managers, and support teams throughout all stages of the process; * Propose improvements to recruitment processes, methodologies, and tools to drive innovation and efficiency in the area. **Working Hours:** * Schedule: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM * Work Model: Remote. **Location:** We prefer residents of the following cities: Cajamar; Santana de Parnaíba; Franco da Rocha; Francisco Morato; Caieiras; Várzea Paulista; Jundiaí; Campo Limpo Paulista; Osasco; Barueri; Carapicuíba; Guarulhos; and São Paulo.
