Activities include monitoring KPIs, analyzing individual performance, and continuously developing the team through structured feedback. Committed to achieving targets, designing and implementing training programs, and planning and organizing team activity schedules. Actively interfaces with marketing and executive leadership to ensure strategic alignment, operational agility, and continuous process improvement. ### **Prerequisites** Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Architecture, or related fields. Prior experience in team management and/or commercial roles. B2B sales experience is considered a plus. Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office suite and management/CRM systems).
