Job Summary: We are looking for a Whoppie passionate about data analysis to join our Strategic Planning team, responsible for monitoring KPIs and turning strategies into results. Key Highlights: 1. Your main responsibilities: * Monitor internal and external indicator reports, supporting Squad Leaders; * Track visual management information, OKRs, and other internal indicators and metrics; * Monitor activities of apprentices assigned to the Squad; * Manage Planning Assistants, supervised by the direct manager, if required; * Issue indicator reports requested by the Squad Leader, for tracking purposes, or by the client; * Handle billing, supervised by the direct manager, if required; * Report activity progress, changes, and improvement actions to the direct manager; What we seek in you: * Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Business Administration or related fields (a strong differentiator!). * Enjoy working with data and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI, etc. are welcome). * Possess strong communication skills and the ability to organize information clearly and objectively. * Be proactive, collaborative, and have that spark in your eyes — the drive to grow alongside Who! **Eligibility criteria for internal candidates:** * Minimum of 6 months as a Who employee; * Not have participated in any internal process within the last 3 months; * Justified absences (ABS) in the last 3 months: ≤3%; * Unjustified absences (ABS) in the last 3 months: 0%; * Not have received any warning in the last 3 months; * Not have any external pointings or reversals in the last 3 months; * Not have two or more internal feedbacks with zero scores in the last 3 months; * Not have any matured fraud cases in the last 3 months; * Not have any unjustified negative records in the last 3 months; * Not have participated in any internal process within the last 3 months; * Submit proof of application via Sólides to the People & Culture team. **What we offer:** * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher. * Flexible Flash Card (meal/food) – R$ 29.39/day. * TotalPass (access to gyms and studios with discounts). * C4Life (psychological, legal, financial, social support, and pet benefit). * Unimed health plan (co-payment, after probation period). * OdontoPrev dental plan (after probation period). * Guapeco pet health plan (co-payment). * Daycare assistance for mothers with children up to 2 years old. * Life insurance. * Discounts at SESC and partner universities. * Birthday off – day off on your birthday.
