Job Summary: The Financial/Tax Assistant will support tax bookkeeping, tax calculation, and preparation of ancillary obligations, providing accounting support and monitoring legislation. Accounting team support and monitoring of legislation **FULL-TIME POSITION – FINANCIAL/TAX ASSISTANT** **Location:** Vila Virgínia District – Ribeirão Preto/SP **Employment Type:** CLT **Main Responsibilities:** * Support tax bookkeeping and verification of input, output, and service invoices; * Perform tax posting and calculation (PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ISS, IRPJ, CSLL); * Assist in preparing and submitting ancillary obligations, such as SPED Fiscal, EFD-Contribuições, DCTF, and DIRF; * Maintain control and organization of tax documents; * Support analysis and classification of tax operations; * Provide support to the accounting team and other departments on tax-related matters; * Monitor potential changes in legislation and assist in adapting internal processes. **Requirements:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in progress or completed in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in tax or accounting areas; * Knowledge of tax legislation and ancillary obligations; * Intermediate Excel proficiency and ERP system knowledge; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. **Job Details:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday – from 7:00 AM to 5:18 PM **Salary:** R$ 2.728,00 **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Medical Plan * Attendance Bonus Job Type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$1.733,20 – R$2.906,29 per month Benefits: * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
