Our internship program includes tutor supervision and an improvement project focused on the area of operation. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the Human Resources department in training and development routines; * Support the management of strategic indicators for the department; * Deliver HR solutions to clients; * Propose improvements by presenting an internship project to business directors; * Suggest initiatives and campaigns focused on the Employee Journey. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in a Psychology undergraduate program, up to the 7th semester. Availability to intern from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, in Salvador \- Bahia. **Additional Information** Internship stipend Health insurance; Dental insurance; On-site cafeteria; Family kit; Transportation allowance; Life insurance.
