**WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU**
* **Education:** Completion of Elementary School is mandatory; completion of High School is desirable.
* **Driver's License: Mandatory:** Class D. Class E is desirable.
* **Desirable knowledge of machines:** Harvester and Forwarder.

**️ WHAT YOU WILL DO**
Responsible for the practical planning and execution of forest harvesting operations using two or more machines, following micro-planning guidelines to ensure optimal productivity, quality, and safety. Additionally, responsible for all operational logging in the onboard computerized system.
**️** **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Operate two or more harvesting machines to achieve maximum productivity while maintaining safety and quality;
* Conduct machine and harvesting implement inspection checklists to identify potential failures or leaks;
* Execute compartment-level harvest planning to achieve maximum productivity at minimum cost;
* Monitor working hours, fuel consumption, and lubricant usage of your machine together with the co-driver;
* Provide assistance and perform minor repairs on machines and implements as outlined in internal procedures;
* Assist in road wetting and washing of machines and equipment;
* Record operational activities and operational stoppages in the telematics systems installed onboard the equipment;
