After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify opportunities, create action plans, and implement solutions using available dashboard indicators (OSA, stockouts, material distribution, etc.) to improve sales performance and execution. * Monitor action plans with promoters and ensure adherence to procedures by leveraging team performance indicators to achieve targets and expected results, guaranteeing the effectiveness of the agenda in alignment with leadership strategies. * Ensure clear communication of corporate requirements via available tools (systems, online meetings, in-person meetings, etc.), mitigating potential rework or miscommunication with the field team. * Manage mobile data collection indicators performed by the team at points of sale using the department’s mobile tools, ensuring the quality of field research. * Collaborate closely with the commercial team and customers to present opportunities and solutions to area challenges, seeking support to ensure delivery by the merchandising team. * Oversee the management, distribution, and proper placement of merchandising materials (displays, printed materials, promotional items, etc.) at points of sale, ensuring they remain in good condition and ready for use. * Act as a leader—supervise, train, and motivate the promoter team by managing daily routines and area indicators, conducting both in-person and online management to ensure high-quality field research and correct point-of-sale execution. * Ensure the promoter team under your supervision has all necessary PPE to perform safe in-store activities, using mandatory equipment and guiding compliance with SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Occupational Medicine) team rules to guarantee team safety. * Understand and apply conscious consumption practices and natural resource preservation in accordance with the company’s SSMA policies, recognizing environmental impacts and risks, and becoming familiar with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Management, or related fields (mandatory); * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI (mandatory); * Experience in people management (preferred); * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (category B) (mandatory). **Worth noting:** Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Additional Information** **Here’s what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
