Focus on IT governance, backup routines, and continuous improvement. **Job Description:** **\[Portuguese Version]** **Responsibilities:** * Virtualized, Physical, and Server Infrastructure Management: Create virtual servers, install and configure physical servers, and manage Windows Server 2016 up to current versions. Manage capacity and administer infrastructure for corporate data centers and virtualized environments using Simplivity (ITJ and SP) and Hyper\-V platforms. * Identity and Deployment Services Administration: Perform advanced Active Directory (AD) management by structuring access policies, and manage software deployments and system updates across the fleet using the SCCM tool. * Backup and Contingency Routines: Manage and validate corporate backup routines using VEEAM and Symantec Backup Exec tools, ensuring data integrity and constant validation of the company's recovery plan. * IT Governance and Monitoring: Log, fulfill, and manage complex tickets via Service Desk Plus and handle escalations in Airbus's global ServiceNow. Proactively monitor environment availability and File Server capacity through monitoring tools. * Endpoint and Network Security: Control and maintain the corporate antivirus server (SEP), managing permissions, enabling or blocking internet access on servers, mapping directories, applying logon scripts, and managing IP addressing for virtual servers. * Change Processes and Asset Governance: Conduct Technical Environment Change Management, manage server licensing methods, and ensure continuous updating of the company's CMDB (Configuration Management Database). * Technical Documentation and Standardization: Prepare, review, and keep technical documentation up to date, such as Work Instructions (WIs), Business Continuity (BC) plans, Environment Manuals, and Backup Manuals. * Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement or innovation within the technical infrastructure and operational workflows, escalating them to your manager to ensure information security and departmental efficiency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience in server administration and corporate infrastructure. * Relevant certification for the position (e.g., Microsoft Certified, VMware, VEEAM, ITIL, or similar market standards), with practical domain in managing events, incidents, problems, changes, releases, and using ticketing (ITSM) tools. * Experience with patch management, preventive update routines, and information security vulnerability mitigation. * Knowledge of hardware and software inventory management. * Expertise in corporate system architecture and access/user management (e.g., integration of HR systems, payroll, Active Directory). * Fluency in Portuguese (verbal, written, and reading). * Advanced English. **Benefits:** * Medical and dental insurance * Food vouchers * Meal vouchers (Available only in São Paulo) * On\-site restaurant (Available only in Itajubá) * Transportation vouchers (Available only in São Paulo) * Chartered transportation (Available only in Itajubá) * Wellhub * Enhanced life insurance * Retirement savings plan (PPR) * Airbus stock purchase program * Partnerships with pharmacies, schools, universities, gyms, and more **Work location:** São Paulo, SP (Campo de Marte) or Itajubá, MG.
