Training on products, sales techniques, and brand experience **About the Role** We are looking for a dynamic, communicative, and relationship-oriented **external sales representative**. This person will be responsible for **expanding Vanfall’s market presence**, visiting retail outlets, presenting our products, and strengthening relationships with customers and distributors. **Responsibilities** * Conduct in-person visits to customers (bars, restaurants, gourmet stores, distributors, and events); * Prospect new retail outlets and identify business opportunities; * Present Vanfall’s product portfolio and conduct commercial negotiations; * Monitor orders, deliveries, and after-sales to ensure an excellent customer experience; * Participate in promotional activities and brand activations at strategic events; * Report results, routes, and opportunities to the sales team. **Requirements** * Prior experience in external sales (preferably in the beverage or food industry); * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and proactive attitude; * Ability to build relationships and manage performance targets; * Availability for occasional travel. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the premium alcoholic beverages segment; * Knowledge of merchandising and point-of-sale execution; * An active network of contacts in the bars, restaurants, and distribution sectors. **What We Offer** * Competitive compensation (base salary \+ performance-based commission); * Travel allowance; * Training on products, sales techniques, and brand experience; * A young, collaborative environment with real growth opportunities.
