




Job Summary: Professional responsible for leading and developing assembly teams, ensuring quality and safety in structural operations, in collaboration with various departments. Strategic involvement in operations and planning **City where you will work:** Ribeirão das Neves/MG – District: João de Almeida Industrial District **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:15 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Salary:** * Salary: To be negotiated **Main responsibilities:** * Responsible for preparing the technical assessment report of assembly materials during operations; * Ensure quality control throughout the entire process of structural assembly and disassembly; * Guide the assembly team on best practices, safety standards, and correct project execution; * Develop and train assemblers, promoting technical and behavioral growth of the team; * Monitor operations at large events, ensuring deadlines, quality, and compliance with project specifications; * Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, and Inventory departments to ensure alignment and smooth deliveries; * Assess risks and propose technical solutions to guarantee installation safety and work efficiency. **Academic qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or Production Engineering. * Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Project, SketchUp, and AutoCAD. * Intermediate computer skills. **Required professional experience:** * 3 years of field experience in structural assembly and team management. **Mandatory requirements:** * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Knowledge of basic structural steel design and load support; * Experience in quality control related to assembly processes; * Team management skills in fieldwork; * Ability to plan and ensure adherence to assembly schedules; * Responsibility for material control and logistics at assembly sites; * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel; * Must reside within a 35 km radius of the company (Contagem, Belo Horizonte, Ibirité, Vespasiano, Esmeraldas, Betim).
