Development and training of assembly technicians. **Company in the event structures sector, located in Ribeirão das Neves/MG, is hiring.** **TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Metal Structure Assembly Supervisor \#500** **Ribeirão das Neves/MG \- Full-time CLT employment** **Salary:** Between BRL 4,000.00 and BRL 5,000.00 (commensurate with experience) **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday. **Working Hours:** 08:15 AM to 6:00 PM. Availability for flexible hours and travel is required (90% field-based work in MG, RJ, SP, and other states depending on event locations). **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 30.00 per working day. * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance: reimbursement based on distance traveled. * Medical and Dental Plan: UNIFÁCIL (70% covered by employer, 30% by employee). * Gympass / Wellhub: no deduction from employee salary; access to app and payment according to selected plan. * Flexible Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: Overtime hours will be credited to an hour bank. * Weekends and holidays: Overtime hours compensated as bonus pay, $. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical assessment regarding assembly materials during operations; * Perform quality control throughout the entire process of assembling and disassembling structures; * Guide the assembly team on best practices, safety regulations, and correct execution of projects; * Develop and train assembly technicians, promoting both technical and behavioral growth of the team; * Oversee operations at large-scale events, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and project specifications; * Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, and Inventory teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery processes; * Assess risks and propose technical solutions to guarantee safety and efficiency. **Required Experience:** 3 years in field assembly and team management **Mandatory Requirements:** * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; * Basic structural steel sizing knowledge and understanding of load requirements; * Quality control in assembly processes; field team management; * Assembly planning and scheduling; * Material control and assembly logistics **Desirable Requirements:** * Preferred knowledge: \- ERP \- AutoCAD \- SketchUp * Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering; or Technical Diploma. * Technical leadership and team management * Planning capability and systemic vision * Decision-making under pressure * Strong focus on safety and quality * Knowledge of metal structures and event assembly Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education:* Production/Industrial Engineering, Bachelor's Degree Willingness to travel * Gympass/Wellhub * Birthday Day Off * Life Insurance * Fuel Assistance or Transportation Allowance * BRL 30.00 Meal Allowance (per working day) * Unimed Medical and Dental Plan (after probationary period)
