Interaction with multiple departments and third parties in a dynamic environment. **Occupation:** Administrative/Administrative Services R$ **Salary Expectation** Not specified **Number of Positions** 1 **Working Hours** From 07:00 to 17:00 **Education Level** Bachelor's degree (in progress) **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG * R$ **Salary Range** Not specified * **Number of Positions** 1 * **Working Hours** From 07:00 to 17:00 * **Education Level** Bachelor's degree (in progress) * **City** Juiz de Fora \- MG Applications for this opportunity are open until **05/07/2026** ### **Job Description** Support comprehensive contract management, monitoring all project stages from initial analysis through final delivery of the work; Conduct basic financial analyses, including cost estimation and support in cost composition for demands; Assist in contracting and interfacing with third parties (projects, manufacturing, and specialized services); Monitor project workflows (drawings), ensuring alignment among engineering, production, and customers; Support supply, manufacturing, and delivery logistics control; Perform contract weight control (comparison between order and detailed breakdown); Prepare and update managerial reports, including: Physical progress reports; Photographic reports of Work Orders (WOs); Support schedule monitoring and deviation identification. ### **Prerequisites** Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree (Production Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields); Basic knowledge of technical drawing reading and interpretation; Strong organizational skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail; Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level preferred); Good communication skills and ability to interface across departments. ### **Benefits** Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack at the company.
