Responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of operational activities in the production sector, organizing the workforce and guaranteeing adherence to the daily schedule. Directly involved in people management, attendance control, and employee discipline, as well as maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness. \- Lead and guide the expedition team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance; \- Plan, coordinate, and control activities related to product picking, verification, loading, and shipment; \- Monitor goods receipt and dispatch, ensuring process integrity and accuracy; \- Verify transportation documentation (invoices, manifests, and load reports); \- Ensure delivery deadlines are met and transportation and warehousing resources are used correctly; \- Support inventory management in partnership with warehousing and quality control departments; \- Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and best practices for cargo handling; \- Promote organization, cleanliness, and discipline in the area (5S); \- Train and develop the team, encouraging best practices and continuous improvement. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed High School Education Knowledge of Good Warehousing and Dispatch Practices Knowledge of fiscal documentation (NF\-e, CT\-e, manifests, etc.) Safety regulations for transportation and cargo handling Logistics, warehousing, and dispatch routines ERP systems and electronic spreadsheet (Excel) controls **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Ongoing Higher Education **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- INDIFFERENT **Benefits:** --------------- Internal products with discounts Wellhub (Gympass) Transportation Allowance On-site Cafeteria Attendance Bonus Health Insurance Dental Insurance **Work Location:** ---------------------- Avenida das Indústrias, 3105\.
