Developing and implementing coffee strategies **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Postgraduate degree in Finance, Risk Management, or Agribusiness Management * Solid experience (5–10 years) in the coffee sector and leadership positions **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strategic leadership focused on results and sustainability * Data- and indicator-driven decision-making * Systemic understanding of the business and coffee market * Executive communication and influence capability * Operational and market risk management * Strong results orientation and operational efficiency **Key Technical and Operational Competencies:** * Integrated management of coffee operations (origin, storage, processing, and commercialization) * Cost management, budgeting, and performance analysis (P&L and cash flow) * Definition of pricing strategies and margin management * Market risk management (price and exchange rate) * Monitoring of performance and operational efficiency indicators * Coffee quality and storage management **Key Responsibilities:** Strategic Planning * Develop and implement the coffee operation strategy aligned with the cooperative’s objectives * Contribute to strategic planning to drive growth and competitiveness Commercialization and Origin * Define procurement, sales, and pricing strategies * Manage barter operations and futures contracts * Implement market risk protection mechanisms Financial and Performance Management * Prepare and monitor the operation’s budget * Analyze results, margins, and operational costs * Support decisions using financial indicators Performance Management * Monitor indicators such as profitability, volumes, and efficiency * Develop managerial reports and presentations for the board * Promote continuous improvement based on data Operations, Quality, and Logistics * Ensure efficiency in storage and processing activities * Guarantee quality standards and compliance * Manage logistical flows and integration across units Export and Commercial Activities * Supervise domestic and international operations * Ensure documentary compliance and export efficiency * Manage logistical and contractual risks Leadership and Governance * Lead and develop high-performance teams * Define goals, indicators, and responsibilities * Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations * Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
