**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM **Position Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT labor code * Achieve established targets by offering products and services aligned with customer expectations, equipping the team with relevant performance information; * Achieve target plans, customer satisfaction, and retention in the short, medium, and long term; * Develop initiatives to expand the customer base and promote sales of products and services; * Ensure all approved operations undergo analyses compliant with established policies and regulations, supported by guarantees appropriate to the business conducted; * Identify opportunities for improvement and implement actions aimed at achieving institutional objectives; * Support the team in negotiating and closing more complex or larger-scale business deals; * Guarantee excellence in customer service and customer experience; * Ensure branch processes comply with applicable regulations, internal policies, and current legislation; * Comply with requirements set forth by regulatory and supervisory authorities, as well as institutional policies; * Fulfill obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Law; * Promote the professional development of team members; * Maintain delinquency indicators at minimum acceptable levels; * Cooperate fully with internal and external auditors, as well as Sicoob’s Internal Controls and Risk Management departments; **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Postgraduate specialization in Commercial Management or related areas; * CPA-10 certification; * Proficiency in sales techniques; * Proficiency in negotiation of financial products and services; * In-depth knowledge of financial institutions; * Familiarity with regulations issued by the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN), the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), and the Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Markets Entities (ANBIMA); * Experience leading teams.
