The role's mission is to drive team performance, ensure an excellent shopping experience, and achieve the company's established targets. **Responsibilities** * Management of sales staff, cashiers, and warehouse staff * Team monitoring and development: training, feedback, and organizational climate * Ensuring excellence in customer service and customer experience * KPI management and development of action plans to improve results * Store organization, inventory control, and adherence to store standards * Direct contribution to brand strengthening and commercial performance improvement **Requirements** * Retail experience, preferably in intimate apparel or clothing segments. * Proven experience in team leadership and store management (minimum 3 years) * Availability and flexibility regarding working hours * Analytical, communicative profile with strong motivation for results **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed salary: To be negotiated * Bonus; * Incentive award; * Commission based on store targets; * Transportation Benefit (Flash card); * Meal Allowance R$ 20.00 (per day on Flash card); * Exclusive product discounts of up to 19%; * Sales and product training and development; * Total Pass + Clude Saúde; * Partnerships with universities; * Birthday gift Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
