Monitor the coffee bean roasting process, checking coloration, roast degree, and quality standards. Perform cleaning tasks, identifying and reporting equipment failures or maintenance needs. Control and record process data, completing reports. Supply green coffee beans to roasters, ensuring continuous production flow and proper handling of raw materials. And other duties inherent to the position. Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Assembly Operator, Process Operator, or Production Line Operator may indicate alignment with some of the activities in this role. High school diploma required.
