




Job Summary: Heavy machinery operator for tree marking, truck loading, and low-risk maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment remains in good condition and operating proactively. Key Highlights: 1. Operate a tree grapple, loading crane, and forwarder. 2. Perform minor maintenance and keep equipment in good order. 3. Possess strong communication skills, interpersonal relationships, and the ability to work in a team. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8x8 shift schedule\) **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code Operate a tree grapple, loading crane, and forwarder. Mark trees dragged by the skidder and load trucks. Maintain equipment in good order by performing checklists and taking appropriate precautions during operations. Perform low-risk maintenance tasks, such as hose replacement, bolt tightening, and parameter adjustments. **Requirements:** Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactivity, ability to work in a team, and knowledge of full-tree harvesting and loading operations.
