Join us and be part of this story! **FROM WORDS TO ACTION** Ensure proper functioning of unit equipment related to electrical, hydraulic, painting, telecommunications, and refrigeration maintenance across the entire unit infrastructure; Collaborate with the team on unit risk reduction, adhering to procedures and alerting management about risky situations; Enforce the use of PPE by suppliers and service providers during services performed within the unit; Report risks to the physical integrity of customers and employees to the immediate supervisor to enable prompt correction; Place and monitor orders for maintenance supplies required by the unit. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Certification in at least one of the following technical courses: * Industrial Machinery Maintenance Technician; * Electrical Engineering Technician; Electronics Technician; Electromechanical Technician; * Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician; * Maintenance Mechanic Technician; * Electrical or Electrotechnical Technician; * Valid NR-10 certification (40-hour course); * Minimum six months’ experience in building maintenance; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating schedule (including holidays and weekends); Do you identify with this profile?
