Focused on visual quality control and color standards **Electro Plastic**, a leader in the plastic transformation industry, is seeking a technical, detail-oriented professional with a strong quality mindset to join its production team. The company specializes in injection molding of technical plastic parts and flexible packaging solutions, serving the automotive, electro-electronic, and industrial sectors with high precision and advanced technology. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare inks for the flexographic printing process; * Adjust and control colors during printing to ensure fidelity to approved standards; * Ensure produced shades strictly comply with customer quality specifications and standards; * Identify and correct color variations in flexible packaging throughout the production process; * Develop and create new colors as required; * Adjust solvent-based inks while respecting the technical characteristics of the process; * Monitor and control color quality during printing by comparing against visual standards; * Perform color corrections on machines (flexographic presses) to guarantee tone consistency and repeatability; * Collaborate closely with printing operators and other production departments; * Contribute to workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety, following 5S practices. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a colorist or ink preparer in flexographic printing; * Practical knowledge of color and solvent-based ink adjustment; * Experience in visual quality control and color standards; * Attention to detail, commitment, and strong interpersonal skills. **Work Schedule:** * Rotating shift pattern: 5 days on / 2 days off — Two shifts: * 6:00 AM to 3:48 PM * 3:10 PM to 1:10 AM * Shift rotation every 6 months. **Location:** * Varginha – MG **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Chartered transportation; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance of R$ 325.00; * Corporate university; * Gym partnership and pharmacy discount program. **Interested in this opportunity?
