Description: For this position, we require the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Control and Automation Engineering; * Experience in industrial automation and continuous improvement projects; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Knowledge in: * Control and automation systems: PLC, SCADA, Siemens Simatic, TIA Portal, WinCC. * Automation software and programming/configuration of systems. * Electronic equipment: sensors, actuators, controllers. * Industrial processes and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma). The following will be an advantage: * Knowledge of SAP ERP; * English proficiency for reading and conversation (technical documentation and supplier communication). * Support in the coordination and execution of industrial automation projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets; * Participate in procurement management, material receipt, and invoices related to projects; * Conduct process mapping and analysis, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement (efficiency and effectiveness); * Plan and implement automation solutions to enhance industrial machinery and equipment; * Perform testing, validation, and monitor the performance of implemented solutions, proposing adjustments when necessary; * Develop and maintain technical project documentation (reports, manuals, etc.); * Collaborate closely with the Projects team and other company departments, promoting synergy in the implementation of improvements. 251025020220889011
