Task-force deployment for urgent activities Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on the company's facilities and equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and operation. **FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the company's facilities and equipment, such as refrigerators, incubators, climate chambers, air conditioning units, HVAC systems, air handling units, and water chillers, among others. * Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify wear, failures, or malfunctioning. * Prevent failures and minimize unplanned downtime, ensuring machinery remains fully operational. * Respond to corrective maintenance requests. * Support and supervise assistants in the maintenance department activities. * Monitor and oversee third-party maintenance service providers, ensuring service quality. * Participate in a “task force” for activities requiring urgent intervention and collaborate to complete tasks within established deadlines. * Identify non-conforming product situations to promptly inform immediate leadership of potential deviations, preventing interference with the Quality Management System (QMS) maintenance. * Attend internal or external training and capacity-building programs, partially or fully subsidized by the Company, to contribute to personal development. * Participate in and respond to internal, external, and customer audits, providing documents and information related to audited processes. * Perform other related tasks as required by leadership. **Requirements** Completed technical education – Mechatronics, Industrial Electronics, Industrial Mechanics, Automation, or related fields. Knowledge of building maintenance. Familiarity with measuring instruments (caliper, dial indicator, thermometer, etc.).
