Goal-oriented mindset and sales closing skills **Position:** Door-to-Door Sales Representative **Location:** Belo Horizonte – MG We are looking for professionals experienced in conducting in-person sales by approaching customers at their residences, commercial establishments, or other strategic locations. This profile requires persuasive communication, resilience, and goal orientation, as it directly involves active prospecting and sales closing through face-to-face interactions with the public. **Responsibilities:** Excellent verbal communication and persuasive ability. Ability to present products/services clearly, concisely, and attractively. Sales and negotiation techniques, with emphasis on closing deals. Positive attitude when facing challenges and frequent rejections. Willingness to work in the field with high mobility. Ability to handle objections, frustrations, and a high volume of "no" responses. Competitive spirit to exceed targets. Empathy and active listening to understand customer needs. Commitment to scheduled routes, working hours, and visit plans.
