We are seeking a Junior HR Analyst to join our dynamic and committed team. Prerequisites: * Completed bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting Sciences, or related fields; * Minimum 1.5 years of verified work experience in the field, as evidenced by employment record. Join\-us and become part of a team dedicated to mutual growth and success. * Master functions covered at previous levels; * Configure companies within the system; * Analyze, calculate, and verify vacation entitlements; * Calculate, verify, and close payroll-related taxes for the largest payroll transactions; * Submit e\-social/DCTFWeb events and perform month-end closing; * Analyze, calculate, verify severance values and documents; * Perform registrations of shift schedules, positions, and related items in the system, excluding rubric-related events; * Provide support to previous levels in resolving issues as needed; * Familiarity with ECAC system processes (credit control, PER/DCOMP, Fiscal Status, etc.); * Familiarity with Econet Consulting; * Handle non-routine departmental tasks; * Monitor submission deadlines for e\-social/DCTFWeb; * Transfer economic group information
