We operate with ethics, respect, and integrity, ensuring a fair environment where the rules are clear and growth is based on merit and commitment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure company communication standards are upheld across all departments and that brand usage complies fully with the *Brand Book*; * Develop graphic materials for online and offline promotion—both domestically and internationally—using graphic design software, aiming to achieve desired returns and projection for products, services, and overall corporate image; * Develop technical support materials for product launches, such as manuals, technical specifications, labels, and other related items; * Submit developed graphic materials to printing suppliers and ensure final printed outputs meet required standards, maintaining quality of all communication materials; * Continuously explore and develop new advertising and/or promotional materials aligned with current design and technological trends, expanding the company’s communication portfolio; * Develop internal marketing materials, as needed by the Human Resources department, to disseminate internal announcements and campaigns—aiming to foster employee engagement in activities and contribute to workplace motivation; * Create event-related materials, oversee their production and installation, and provide on-site support during events—to ensure consistent corporate visual identity and gather content for future material development; * Update daily work development logs to report monthly outcomes; * Hold meetings with various company departments whenever necessary to obtain accurate information for material creation; * Design social media posts according to the scheduled content calendar, ensuring consistent corporate communication aligned with defined objectives; * Understand, comply with, and uphold the company’s values and Code of Ethics; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace to ensure a conducive working environment; * Perform other related tasks as directed and guided by the immediate supervisor; * Follow established procedures for maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts and/or Visual Arts, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Meal Voucher Child Education Support Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Prática University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **At Prática, we create solutions that transform the day-to-day operations of the food industry.
