Experience in Human Resources Management and sales * Conduct offline lead generation and enrollment; * Recruit resumes, conduct selection processes, and train internal and external teams; Focus on results, management, and leadership; * Achieve targets and motivate the team to meet them; * Ability to respond appropriately to various situations; * Ability to interact with and manage people (working both onsite and remotely); * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; * Ability to handle stress; * Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate the team. * **EXPERIENCE IN COURSE SALES — will be a significant advantage!** * Experience in Human Resources Management; * Experience in sales; * Proficiency in Excel and typing; * Must reside in Divinópolis/MG.
