Key responsibilities and main activities: Perform guest check-in and check-out; Attend to guests in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp; Process reservations and provide hotel-related information; Receive payments and perform cash register closing; Address guest requests, ensuring excellent service; Introduce guests to hotel facilities and services; Monitor and inspect guest-used areas to maintain quality standards, identify potential non-conformities, and direct respective departments for appropriate corrections; Coordinate, supervise, and support the front desk team to ensure efficient department operations. ### **Prerequisites** Completed high school education; Proven experience in hotel front desk operations and front desk team management; Experience in leadership and team management; Hotel property management system knowledge is desirable. ### **Benefits** Transportation Allowance / Cost Subsidy. ### **Notes** Salary expectation.
