




Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, satisfaction surveys, return management, technical support follow-up, and report preparation, aiming at continuous improvement of customer service. Preparation of performance reports and indicators FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES * Respond to customer requests, providing support and resolving technical issues, complaints, and inquiries quickly and efficiently; * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement in the company's processes, products, and services; * Prepare post\-sales performance reports and indicators, monitoring results and continuously seeking improvement in customer service; * Manage product returns and exchanges, analyzing reasons for occurrences and proposing preventive and corrective actions; * Monitor technical support requests, ensuring agile and efficient problem resolution; * Generate monthly, quarterly, and semiannual reports with KPIs to assist management in tracking performance and decision-making across other departments and with customers. * Identify opportunities for selling additional products and services, offering customized solutions that meet customer needs and expectations; * Participate in meetings with sales, marketing, and technical support teams to align strategies and processes and ensure excellence in customer service; * Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for the customer service team to enhance the technical and behavioral skills and knowledge required for high-quality service. * Implement selective waste collection practices within the department, comply with environmental policies, objectives, procedures, and guidelines, * Possess knowledge of significant environmental aspects and impacts associated with one's role, * Contribute to improvements aimed at environmental protection, * Promote awareness of best environmental practices among all colleagues working in the department whenever possible. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
