Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** As our Corporate Travel Analyst, you will: * Manage corporate travel operations, ensuring proper handling of airfare, accommodation, vehicle rental, and road transportation requests per the current travel policy; * Monitor travel requests on the travel platform, ensuring service deadlines, quality of ticket issuance, and compliance with corporate guidelines; * Serve as the interface among travelers, approvers, and the travel agency, supporting resolution of inquiries, adjustments, and operational matters; * Monitor and address operational non-conformities, such as policy violations, billing inconsistencies, service failures, or SLA breaches; * Support invoice reconciliation and ERP (TOTVS RM) postings, ensuring correct allocation to cost centers, projects, and accounting categories; * Validate charges from the travel agency and suppliers, identifying discrepancies, necessary adjustments, and correction opportunities; * Support communication and guidance initiatives for travelers, including clarifications regarding policy, processes, and platform usage; * Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes by suggesting adjustments that enhance efficiency, control, and cost savings. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Tourism, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related fields; * Knowledge of corporate travel processes (air, accommodation, vehicle rental, road transport); * Experience with travel management platforms (e.g., Argo or similar), including request tracking, follow-ups, and SLA monitoring; * Familiarity with corporate travel policies and practical application in traveler support; * Experience interacting with travel agencies, including adjustments, reissuances, cancellations, and resolution of operational issues; * Ability to reconcile and validate invoices, identifying billing inconsistencies and operational discrepancies; * Basic knowledge of financial and accounting processes, such as expense posting, cost centers, and ERP integration (experience with TOTVS RM is desirable); * Skill in organizing and analyzing operational data using spreadsheets and reports for volume, cost, and KPI tracking; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple simultaneous demands without compromising quality; * Sense of responsibility and autonomy, understanding priorities and deadlines in the travel workflow; * Strong communication and collaborative attitude, especially when engaging with travelers, approvers, and suppliers; * Problem-solving and proactive mindset, focused on resolving issues and mitigating operational impacts; * Openness to change and continuous improvement, contributing suggestions to optimize processes; * Ethics and confidentiality, particularly regarding financial information and employee data. * Work modality: Belo Horizonte (Hybrid model: 2 days/week onsite) or Brazil (Remote work). **Additional Benefits** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Meal and food allowance on the same card Breakfast or afternoon snack at physical locations Transportation allowance Total Pass and Wellhub (access to gyms and wellness services) Birthday day off Corporate University Pregnancy support program Psychological, legal, financial, and social counseling program Wedding gift Duo Gourmet Bernoulli Benefits Club: access to a network of partnerships offering discounts on undergraduate and graduate courses, electricity bills, language courses, and more—for you and your family Mothers working under hybrid arrangements are fully remote from the 6th month of pregnancy until the child’s first birthday Fathers working under hybrid arrangements are fully remote from the child’s birth until age 6 months Data protection changes everything During the candidate selection process for our job openings, we will use your personal data registered on the Gupy platform.
