Job Summary: As a Field Representative, you serve as the liaison between BusUp and the client, providing on-site support, guidance to users and drivers, and identifying improvements in chartered transportation operations. Key Highlights: 1. In-person support for HR/Facilities and onboarding of new employees. 2. Management of yard operations and incident logging for action plans. 3. Monitoring of boarding control and use of the BusUp app. We are BusUp Brasil! The Field Representative serves as BusUp’s eyes at the client site. Being close to the Point of Contact (POC), the Field Representative often receives information faster than the Account Executive and therefore seeks their support for follow-up actions. Due to their on-site presence at the client, demand absorption is faster, enabling more agile action planning and joint decision-making with the Account Executive. Additionally, the Field Representative plays a vital role in supporting and instructing users and guiding drivers. They also identify route/stop improvements or corrections and provide daily support to clients regarding any questions related to chartered transportation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide support and guidance to HR/Facilities on chartered transportation requests and tasks they must perform in the system. * Support and/or participate in the integration/onboarding of new client employees to introduce BUSUP. * Identify areas requiring attention or improvement and share findings with the Account Executive to facilitate decision-making. * Manage yard operations and log identified incidents to jointly develop and execute action plans with the Account Executive. * Monitor boarding control, verifying whether all drivers are performing required scans and correctly using the BUSUP app. * Map vehicles—identifying which ones display BUSUP branding and route information. * Reside in Varginha or Eloi Mendes. **Compensation and Benefits:** R$2.340 + Transportation Allowance, including: * Meal Voucher (R$38/day); * Gympass (fitness and wellness allowance); * Health Insurance (50% covered by the company, 50% covered by the employee); * Conexa Saúde — Expert support channel (nutrition, psychology); * Birthday DayOff Interested?
