Imagine\-yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and **being responsible for**: * Creating value for the ecosystem by developing and implementing new features, and continuously improving existing ones. * Collaborating with UX and Product teams to design various solution proposals for new features—ensuring scalability, quality, and performance. * Encouraging constant code review and optimization, identifying improvement opportunities and promoting development best practices. * Coordinating joint tasks with peer teams for features with cross-dependencies, offering flexibility to align solutions with teams across other countries. * Collaborating on technical documentation creation and conducting training sessions for the rest of the team to foster knowledge and skill expansion. * Technically mentoring and supporting team members of diverse profiles in their professional growth. **What we’re looking for in you?** * Solid expertise in languages such as Java/Kotlin, and concepts including SOLID, Design Patterns, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and GIT. * In-depth understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems principles. * Application of development best practices, Clean Code principles, modularization, and componentization. * Writing unit, stress/load, functional, and integration tests to ensure software quality. * Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as DataDog, NewRelic, or Grafana. **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin American technology?
