Job Description: **Job Mission** Execute maintenance processes aiming at TPM development and evolution, increasing Asset efficiency and reducing maintenance costs, applying tools for Zero Loss evolution and supporting Autonomous Maintenance. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective mechanical maintenance across all industrial plant areas and their machinery. * Perform mechanical maintenance on single-stage, multi-stage, helical, and peristaltic centrifugal pumps; * Perform mechanical maintenance on gearboxes and bearings, as well as alignment of rotating equipment; * Perform mechanical maintenance on conveying systems; * Perform mechanical maintenance on pneumatic and hydraulic systems; * Locate defects in mechanical machines/equipment by examining their operation or directly inspecting the defective part; * Conduct root cause analysis under management guidance; * Assemble mechanical assemblies, machines/equipment following drawings/specifications; * Perform mechanical maintenance on thermal exchange systems; * Ensure equipment lubrication; * Perform mechanical maintenance on ovens in general; * Perform mechanical maintenance on packaging machines; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robots and case packers; * Perform mechanical maintenance on precision scales (e.g., Ishida, CheckWeight, etc.); * Record Service Orders with all necessary information; * Suggest and assist in implementing changes to maintenance plans whenever deemed necessary, justifying positions; * Support Autonomous Maintenance in its processes; * Assist in projects and new implementations; * Use personal protective equipment correctly; * Comply with and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality, Food Safety, and Zero Loss Culture requirements; * Act as and serve as a channel of support for safe behavior initiatives; * Be a cultural archetype multiplier for GMI **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Mechanical Technology, Electromechanical Technology, or Mechatronics Technology. * Solid prior experience in this role. * Availability for second shift. * SAP knowledge. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience/knowledge of maintenance in hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Proficiency in using precision tools (calipers, feeler gauges, laser aligners, dial indicators, micrometers, etc.) * Experience/knowledge of maintenance on filling machines and industrial support.
