Job Summary: Responsible for keeping the store ready to receive customers, supplying departments with products, maintaining them organized, and delivering full customer service—from reception through to delivery. Opportunity for learning and development in a proactive environment. **None:** Responsible for keeping the store ready to receive customers, supplying departments with products, keeping\-them organized from receipt in inventory through to the final step of customer service—including payment and product delivery to the customer. **Specific Responsibilities:** Monitor merchandise receipt via the inventory system, recording all executed operations to ensure process reliability. Update merchandise prices according to timelines stipulated by the system. Ensure restocking of goods across all store departments. Maintain the inventory area in appropriate condition for conducting inventory counts, receiving merchandise, and improving product visibility. Serve customers by executing all steps of the sales closing process, with emphasis on quality service and data verification. Process merchandise returns in accordance with the exchange policy. Promote, offer, and register new customers for the Pompéia credit card. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Proactive; Good communication skills; Willingness to learn and develop; Flexible availability for work hours. **✨ We Offer:** ?
