Your mission will be to secure the necessary resources to support the accelerated growth of our credit portfolio, enabling more Brazilians to access fair and transparent financial solutions. **In this role, you will:** * Lead the management of Jeitto’s funding vehicles (financial debentures and FIDCs), optimizing their structure and costs while ensuring compliance with all covenants and regulatory obligations; * Design, structure, and execute new debt issuances—including new FIDC share offerings and other instruments—to finance the company’s expansion; * Develop and maintain close relationships with our investor base (institutional investors, asset managers, family offices), presenting Jeitto’s investment thesis, results, and social impact; * Build and maintain financial models to analyze funding scenarios, cost of debt (cost of funding), and capital structure—aligned with the company’s strategic priorities; * Monitor the credit and capital markets to identify optimal structures, costs, and timing (windows) for new issuances—always seeking innovation. **For this position, it is important that you have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. Postgraduate studies or an MBA in Finance are a plus; * Proven experience in Capital Markets (DCM), Structured Finance, or Treasury/Funding functions at fintechs, securitization companies, asset management firms, or banks; * Knowledge of FIDC structuring and management, as well as structured debt (CVM Resolutions 175, 160, and 60); * Advanced financial modeling skills in Excel and data analysis (Python or SQL); * Advanced English (written and spoken).
