**Senior Data Scientist** **Job Description** We are looking for a **Senior Data Scientist** to join our **Innovation and Technology** team. This person will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing, and implementing Generative AI–based solutions that optimize and accelerate business processes, with a focus on automation, intelligent agents, and system integration. If you are passionate about AI, automation, and innovation—and want to apply your expertise in a dynamic, ever-evolving environment within the health and benefits sector—this role is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Architect AI Agents:** Design and implement autonomous agents and intelligent chatbots using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and modern frameworks. * **End\-to\-End Automation:** Use **N8N** to orchestrate complex workflows, integrating internal systems, third\-party APIs, and databases. * **Implement RAG:** Develop *Retrieval\-Augmented Generation* systems so our AIs respond based on our proprietary documents and data. * **Opportunity Hunting:** Work consultatively with business areas to identify repetitive processes that can be optimized or eliminated using AI. * **Monitoring and Scaling:** Ensure robots and models run efficiently, with controlled costs and data security (with emphasis on LGPD). **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Classical Machine Learning:** Knowledge of standard Data Science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\-learn) to solve predictive or classification problems when required. * **Fine\-tuning:** Experience fine\-tuning language models for specific domains. * **RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation):** Hands\-on experience implementing RAG architectures and familiarity with vector databases. * **Automation and Integration:** Practical, advanced experience with N8N (primary focus) or similar tools (Make/Zapier), including consuming and building APIs (REST/JSON). * **Databases:** Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. * **Programming Languages:** Familiarity with languages such as Python and JavaScript; **Preferred Qualifications:** * **Health/Benefits Sector:** Prior experience working with data or processes in this industry. * **AI Agents:** Building AI agents using Generative AI, integrated with WhatsApp, web chats, etc. * **Generative AI and LLMs:** Using LLM APIs (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt engineering (*Prompt Engineering*). **Skills and Behaviors** * **Business Acumen:** Ability to examine a bureaucratic process and identify where AI can deliver real value and time savings. * **Autonomy and Proactivity:** A hands\-on profile that not only executes tasks but also investigates and proposes innovative new solutions. * **Adaptability:** Comfort working in a dynamic environment where technologies—especially in AI—evolve rapidly. * **Clear Communication:** Ability to document technical processes and explain complex solutions to non\-technical stakeholders. * **Passion for Innovation:** Genuine curiosity to experiment with new tools and follow technological trends with a critical, practical eye.
