Processing and delivery of medical reports Position Description for Examination Room Assistant The Examination Room Assistant will assist physicians in examination room operations and patient care, manage appointment schedules, type and deliver gynecological, obstetric, internal medicine, and biopsy reports after proper verification and physician signature, complete various examination room control forms and checklists, clean examination tables and ultrasound equipment, request and restock supplies, and perform other activities related to service quality and examination room organization. Responsibilities * Preparation of Examination Rooms * Patient Care * Conducting Examinations and Record Keeping * Preparing and Delivering Medical Reports * Administrative and Financial Control * Collecting consent forms and forwarding them to the responsible departments; * Organizing the examination room after each patient visit; * Turning off equipment and locking the room as instructed; * Covering the ultrasound machine with the provided cover. Requirements * Completed high school education * Prior experience in this field * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Organizational ability and proactivity
