Job Summary: Machine Operator C is responsible for reading and interpreting production orders, feeding and setting up machines, inspecting material quality, and recording data in the system. If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** Read and interpret the Production Order (PO); Identify the requested roll specified in the PO; Feed machines with the roll specified in the PO; Inspect material quality (dimensional accuracy, roll quality, burst tests, visual appearance); Package bags into bundles; Sort and properly dispose of scrap; Record incidents in MES and PW; Assemble scrap shipping cages; Return rolls to U14 warehouse; Replace cover roll on the table; Perform machine setup (blade replacement, Teflon replacement, roll threading, adjustments); Retrieve materials from the warehouse; Palletize production according to PO/client requirements; Assemble cardboard boxes; Record weight measurements in the system; Count produced items on the pallet; Palletize straws; Mandatory use of PPE; Maintain an organized and clean workplace in accordance with 5S guidelines; Position Details Machine Operator C \- MG5 Payroll Code: MG5\_9103 Weighting Model: Activities "Compliance with Valgroup Internal Standards" .
